It has to do with their nuclear policy
They are a nuclear free zone and we won't disclose which ships have any type of nuclear capability from weapons to reactors. I would love to see it and it could possibly create some good will, but it as long as they are nuclear free and we have nuclear reactors or missiles on on warships the situation won't change.
