Looks like same person but two different twitter accounts
If you check the latest account with less twitter posts, he is still following a lot of Ute football coaches. The pictures of him look really similar.
Will be interesting to hear the back story. Thinking it could link to either:
1)Had a good/strong relationship with Sitake and when Sitake moved on that fizzled the relationship with Utah.
2)Utah will say they never offered him.
