strong program that gave reason to add a school that was out of the WCC's conference footprint and so different in many ways. UVU, as much as I respect the school, has no such program strength or brand. If they have to replace BYU, it will be a school mostly likely in the west coast states. The mountain west is disadvantageous for the WCC except for BYU.
