better than the way traditional belts work. No getting caught in between belt sizes, no having two holes that are both worn out from going back and forth, no belt leather breaking in half after a year or so.

The rachet design is really ingenious and other then the fact you have a larger belt buckle, I can't think of any reason to go back.

I have bought all of my boys either Mission Belts or SlideBelts over the past number of years and will never go back to buying a traditional belt again.
