Soccer and Baseball aren't money makers at the HS level. People don't pay to watch those sports and they don't fill HS gyms. Basketball does. There isn't much money for AAU coaches because there is very limited revenue. HS basketball coaches get paid and many times have a teaching/administrative job tied to those positions. Nothing AAU brings to the table can match that.
