Unless we somehow have an amzaing punter come out of nowhere can we just try
the rugby style run/punt play with some of our stud rugby players for a season? I can't stand to see 30 yard punt with a 25 yard return averages. If we put up any numbers remotely near that I vote Rugby punting!
How awesome would it be if we could regularly put field goals in that way too. We could punt, we could run, we could pass... nobody would have a clue what was going on out there except for the 3 rugby players on our team... There is a time a place for stuff like that and if the season goes down hill fast I'd love to see some razzle dazzle come out like that.
Innovation. Coach Edwards did it with the pass and took us to the top, maybe the rugby pipeline will spur something good....
