But honestly, they aren't that much worse-off than the Jazz, Suns, Nuggets, Pacers, or Grizzlies. Those are 7 NBA franchises that I don't see winning anytime soon.

The Cavs at least have a guy with 5 Billion dollars that owns their team. And if not for LeBron, who is a once in a lifetime type of player to come out of a small market and have a shred of loyalty to his home-town, I'd put the Cavs in the list to round out the 10 least likely to win a championship. Of course if they fail to win a championship with LeBron, then I don't think it's going to happen for another 50 years. The next couple years is really their one and only shot to win it all (IMO).
