If a possible flop happens and a foul is called, the negatively impacted coach can challenge the call as a flop.

The play would be reviewed, if it was a flop the offending player would be given a flagrant 2 and would be ejected.

If the replay shows there was a foul then the original fouler would be given a flagrant 1 as a penalty for an innapropriate challenge.

Harden's PPG would drop by 10 but the game would be easier to watch.
