He made it seem like he should have stayed in the dorms as then he would have access to the student housing food / cafeteria.

Don't really feel sorry for him if he wants to live on the hog off campus but can't afford it and he has FREE housing and food on campus.

Now what the school can do is create specific athlete housing so the upper class-men don't feel like they need to live off campus. I remember that everyone wanted to get out of the dorms after the their freshman year.

These are young adults that are immature so they need to take this into account.

The stipend will not help dumb college students. The majority of the Students will spend their stipend on non essential items. This is going to get ugly - always wanting more.
