Coworker and bishopric member received recent General Conference training on a flash drive and his computer won't play the videos embedded in the file. The PowerPoint starts fine and normal slides display correctly, but when the first video should play, he sees a black screen and in the video progress meter it says "Quicktime not available." I just now reinstalled the newest Quicktime version, but saw no change. I tried the file on my computer and after an initial issue (I didn't have Quicktime installed) it played just fine. He's running Windows 7, Office 2010, and Quicktime 7.
Any thoughts?
