Youtube allows you to create a link to a video that begins playing at a specific time. However when that video is pasted into CB, it can't handle the extension on the link that tells it to start playing at the specified time. It just starts from the beginning.

So if there's an hour long video on Youtube you want to link to minute 55, you can create the link, but it doesn't work when embedded in CB. It just starts at the beginning.
