If you have been doing that and have done your PT and gotten your injections and mri, then you are ready for the surgeon. If not, hit up the guys like the Utah valley pain clinic in Orem. They can at least get things started for you. Be warned, they are a bit hard on people with medications. They take prescribing to a whole new level. If you are off your count by one pill they get on you and lecture you. I've never seen anything like it. Nice guys though.
