You assume the Bulls would have won Game 7 (after a hypothetical Paxson miss), but that's pure speculation. There's obviously a very good chance they would not have.

Yes, the Heat don't win that title without Allen making that shot. But Paxson's shot (unlike Allen's) actually clinched a title. After Allen's heroics, LBJ actually had to go out and win the OT, and then another game ... which he did. (Also keep in mind that LeBron himself made a 3-pointer in the last 30 seconds of regulation to make Allen's heroics even possible.)

MJ was the better player. But it's splitting hairs to suggest that only LeBron has benefitted from the heroics of teammates.
