Go to a cleaning supply place and there is a product
that kills the enzymes in pet urine. Can't remember the name. You can mix it half and half with water or not. Get a black light and inspect in the dark and apply the product. Soak it to the pad and just let it dry. Then use a carpet deodorizer. Seemed to work for us.
