Colorado has a number of very tall mountains. Well spotted.
If my structural geology professor is to be believed, though, the Uintas are the third tallest mountain range (on average) in the continental US. Only the Colorado Rockies and the Sierra Nevada are higher. The Cascades have a couple peaks in the 14,000 ft+ range, but, overall, the cascades are not as tall.

In any event, I'm not sure what you're trying to say. We all know Colorado has more and taller mountains than Utah.
