...the swinging elbow/forearm above the shoulders against Bogut in game 4 wasn't upgraded to a flagrant 2 (which would have meant Howard missing game 5), and also wondering why the game officials couldn't see the obvious in that the foul against Iggy was a clear flagrant 1. Howard received way beyond the benefit of the doubt from the game officials and the league office all the way until the series was over, and only then did he have any consequences levied. And the consequences are absolutely meaningless to Howard.
