I'm not so certain about that. Nick Howell is still listed as the DC on BYU's Football site. How do we know a stubborn Bronco isn't planning to start handing the DC job back over to Howell at some point? Fans, media and boosters screamed their dissatisfaction and disapproval at his failed attempt to promote Howell and you know how much he absolutely resents being second-guessed by or having to answer to fans, media and boosters (called them "Pharisees and Sadducees"). How do we know he isn't planning to give the DC duties back to Howell (Proverbs 26:11 - "As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly.")?

I wouldn't put it past him to pull something like that as a way of thumbing his nose back at the Pharisees and Sadducees.
