So, I'm taking my wife and two kids to Disneyland the end of June. Staying at the Grand Californian, which we have before and it's really nice. I have a 3 year old daughter who's cute as can be, but I won't lie: she can be a handful. Throws big fits, impatient, struggles in crowds, etc. However my son is over the moon about the trip and going there, hence why we're going. So the wife and I decided it'll probably be one of us taking our son around the parks while the other hangs out with our daughter. I'd like to do some fun stuff with her, but she's terrible with big crowds, and we probably need to be somewhat near hotels since she's potty training.

So the question is: when you're staying essentially at Disneyland mid-summer, for those familiar with the area, can you please give me some ideas on some activities we could do with her that'd be fun that's in the area that isn't....Disneyland? Weird question, but I'm genuinely not sure what to do. The pool(s) at the hotel are a given. What else?
