At first I thought it was a cool to have our own CB lingo. When I heard that
Staley had a problem with it...I at first resisted. But as I've pondered it, I realized that I have too much respect for him and what he accomplished at BYU to tarnish his memory that way. I COMPLETELY understand it has nothing to do with him. However, it does and it is a constant reminder of what may be one of the most disappointing days in his life. Rather than everyone talking with respect about LS he's constantly disrespected (not intentionally but indirectly). While I don't personally have a problem with it...if LS does, then I will choose to stop using and to encourage others to also.
Besides that: 2003 called and they want SGC back. I used to think LOL and IDK were cute things to say...five years ago. Find something new it's been over a decade!
On the other hand...I hate the yewties. That will forever be the only way to say that!
