The PAC wouldn't give USC or Oregon a special financial deal when the conference went to 12, other than guaranteeing revenue wouldn't drop below a certain level, which it never has. There is no way they are giving Texas a deal. Texas will have to concede on the LHN before they get into the PAC.

Also, politically, the fates of Kansas, Texas and Oklahoma are connected to Kansas Statee, Texas Tech and Oklahoma state respetively, and they won't be going anywhere without their in-state partner.
