But I've never heard anything concrete (other than whispers on CB, which are as reliable as my grandma's hearing) that BYU had done something to irk the Big 12 during negotiations. In fact, according to TH on multiple occasions, there were no substantive discussions. Chuck Neinas seemed to confirm this view as well.
