Standard life for ultra guys. 15-20 miles a day during the week and 30-40
Miles a day on weekends

Marathon training is simple. 6-8 a day and one long run on weekends, longest being a 20 miler. Anyone can do that

The trail ultra guys are a different breed. It's one thing to run 100 miles on flat roads. Completely other level to cover the 100 miles while ascending 20k worth of vert
