I have hoped that WVU would see that they're an outlier and try for the ACC.

The ACC is a better hoops conference, and they could do well in that conference in football. Academically it's a better conference than the Big 12. I have hoped that WVU would go to the ACC and the big 12 could bring in BYU, Colorado State and Air Force.
