I don't think Kobe is the entire reason they stink.....but good players lately just don't want to play with him, and his enormous contract doesn't help bring in more players either. Factor in that he is always hurt and never plays.....and a lot of the blame of why the lakers suck falls on him.

Now, that being said, the current front office making personnel decisions looks like they have no clue how to run an NBA team.
