I understand that, but BYU could still be designated the "home" team because
it is a "neutral" site game. It wouldn't mean much more than color of uniforms, locker room and side of the field the team stands on. Clearly it is Mizzou's home game of the series. Having said that, I just found this article stating that Mizzou will be the designated home team (which obviously makes the most sense).
