I do think hoke would make a great addition. But not having alot of nfl guys on staff is not a Bronco only phenomena. The reason young guys get the jobs is because they are not talented/athletic enough for the nfl. But they may have the smarts. By the time nfl guys finish their careers, most of them probably don't want to spend the time working their way up the coaching ranks. But seldom are they just going to be given a high profile position like a coordinator or even position coach before they prove themselves first.

Rob Morris and Bronco may not have seen eye to eye but there is evidence that when interest has been shown, Bronco has given those nfl guys a chance. My guess is he would whole heartedly welcome in hoke, especially in light if his experience with the steeler 3-4.
