Try the flonase. Your ear symptoms are from congestion and the flonase will help
with that. Take hot showers, maybe try neti-pots as well. It will take some time for the claratin to work. If your sinuses or teeth start hurting really bad, then it may be time for Abx. Doubt they would help much right now.
