I'm not congested. My doctor just said that my sinuses here very raw. The feeling of having pressure comes and goes but this morning it lasted a little longer as normal. I hope this goes away soon. My ear had ringing as well. I remember one time i had a spinning feeling when I was dealing with some anxiety problems. Went to a vertical therapy and all. My wife last yet had two bad ear infections and her war block all the time. I had one as well last year pretty bad. She needs to go see a ent specialist I think.
