I work for a realtor that negotiates more short sales than anyone in UT. It takes 5 times as much work just to talk to the right person at BofA. We have client we completed a deed in lieu with 2 years ago. And BofA won't take the dang house. We've literally mailed them the keys and begged them to take title. Our client can't live in the home yet has to pay homeowners insurance and maintain the exterior of the property until the bank does their part. It's ridiculous!!
