There should be a "+" shaped metal thing. Go to a hardware store and ask for
something called a "Phillips screwdriver". Put the phillips in the metal "+" shaped thing and turn it counter clockwise. That is the opposite way a clock turns in the northern hemisphere. Let me know if you get stuck after that point.
