Every year we have a neighbor who is just a real joy to deal with .... what with the constant comings and goings at odd hours, and police visits of her own or for her random renters, her cats and dogs roaming free in the neighborhood, her threatening law/civil suits against neighbors. (At the very least her yard is taken care of)

She never fails to call the cops on the 3 to 4 houses on our street that launch mortars legally now. When the cops do showup they look around see nothing illegal but make us shutdown our fun for 20 min while they check everything out.

Before I get judge mental cbers telling me to befriend this lady, know that we have tried to fellowship her over the years it doesn't end well. It will be a better neighborhood when she hopefully moves one day.

Sorry for the rant but I wanted to vent.
