Wait, what?
That was incredibly condescending and off-putting. For nearly every decade since the two teams started playing football, Utah has handled BYU. Aside from an exceptional run during the 70's and 80's, BYU has lost to Utah more often than not. Utah won the last four straight (and five of the last six) - including a historic blowout in LES - and puts more players in the NFL each year than BYU. From both a historical perspective and a current-talent standpoint, Utah is the better team.

Each year, Utah plays the PAC12 teams that invented the offense BYU runs. Utah faces more dynamic athletes, better coaches, and deeper teams. Each year, Utah defends mobile NFL-caliber QBs, hurry-up spread and read-option offenses, and zone-blocking schemes. There's nothing unique about BYU's offense; against a team like Utah, Taysom wouldn't simply be able to carry BYU to victory.

Let Utah enjoy their success without being too disparaging - they've earned it, and since BYU is the metaphorical "glass house," it's unwise of you to cast stones.
