kid likes to climb on stuff and climbed onto the food table and was standing on it. His dad grabbed him and he kinda lunged at him and so he didn't get a good grip on him while trying to put him down and the kid fell to the ground pretty hard. His ankle swelled so we thought maybe he sprained it but when they x-rayed it it was cracked (the bigger bone of the two, I mix up the two)
Poor little guy just crying hard and wouldn't be consoled and with the swelling they left to check it out.
Another crappy 4th of July in my book. Last one was too.
My BIL feels pretty bad about even though it wasn't his fault, when a kid, especially an extremely strong one like my nephew, launches themselves like that it's hard to keep a grip.
