I remember reading that a court appearance would occur the end of May but I have found nothing to suggest that happened and I can't find anything about how the case is proceeding.

Supposedly the woman had cuts from a knife west used but she refused a forensic examination. It was also West who called the police when the woman's male associates showed up at his house.
