I don't recognize most of these schools. Tuition is certainly rising for everyone and is a big problem, no doubt. The biggest problem, though, are many universities/colleges of questionable reputation that truly are charging exorbitant amounts.

One of the major problems we've got to figure out is how to signal to students better the value for the degree they seek. We don't have room at every R1 institution for everyone, so people are going to have to go to other schools. But it gets really hard to pick out the problem colleges from the legitimate ones, and too many students are hooked with expensive schools providing them degrees that won't help them very much.
