I'm really surprised that he wasn't dismissed, but it is only a matter of time
before it happens. This is a change in policy for Utah. In the past, it was basically if you were charged with a felony, you were immediately dismissed. I do think Utah is probably just delaying the inevitable at this point.
As this was Hill's policy, I wonder if this is an olive branch to Whittingham after the contention over the past year.
