Chance IF he takes it. I would love BYU Football to be know as the place that will stand by you (not just throw you to the HC minions or cast you off with the "unclean") if you really want to improve on and off the field. I am sick of it ALL being about the punitive HC. We need a positive spin on the HC and there are good stories we just need to tell them. If we can get another KVN story out of CW I am all for it. Or should we just use the scholarship for another kid with his Eagle, Duty to God and 100% attendance at seminary with GRIT? BTW I love those kids but mix in some kids like CW and we really might make some noise. Using this type of approach EVERY time BYU Football has the chance is not only the RIGHT thing to do it will also pay dividends on the field and more importantly acctuly communicate what the Church is ALL about.
