I had a surgery back in january which made my stomach the size of a banana. its
helped a ton at the start with portion control (and still does) but also ive had to shed old bad habits so that it doesnt re expand and ive been working out for at least an hour at least 5 days a week. Ive had to train myself but the end results have totally been worth the struggle.
