NU has the same problem Utah has--a crappy, contrived league rival
For Utah it is the Buffs and for NU it is Iowa. They are both border states, so you'd think it might work, but there really is no history at all in either case.
Having said that, both are still better off where they are for every other reason, besides the rival game.
