Finally BYU is treating the people that fund the athletic program better than those whose grandparents/great grandparents donated $50 dollars back in 1970.
There are less seats in the lower bowl due to the renovations- this has increased the demand for those seats and because they are scarce, comfortable and have more leg room etc. they are more expensive.
I think this is a good sign that BYU basketball is going places. You name any other big basketball school and you have to pay top dollar to be in the lower bowl. BYU is on the rise.
