I left my last job and I am in my uninsured/cobra time period. If there isn't an insurance need in the 60 days after my insurance stopped (end of May), I just won't pay insurance. If I need it, I'll pay the Cobra retroactively.

I am planning on starting on my new insurance plan on August 1.

It use to be that you could go back and pay for Cobra if you had a problem and
