agree tentatively but it begs the question...
...you can take the boy out of the hood but will that take the hood out of the boy? Sometimes trouble continues to follow certain guys around because that transformation never happens. In both guys cases I hope they get smart, straighten out and take advantage of their opportunities before they're lost.
