I would assume so, and should be able to participate in fall camp
Though I'm not sure what requirements Bronco might have for him, particularly since he would be starting late (Freshman football players are already attending classes and doing offseason workouts). OTOH, Bronco may encourage him to show up as soon as possible since the delay was due to legal issues.
