$7,000 because of tax incentives, a bonus they'll give to us if we put up their sign in our yard, etc. we don't pay anything the first year the system is in and then we'll pay $57 a month until the $7000 is paid off and our power bill should only be something like $10 a month. 15 year maintenance and monitoring warranty. Does this sound legit? What kinds of questions should we ask?
