When my dad was a greenie in Mexico, he was snapping his fingers and hitting his
Fists together as he always did in the U.S. His companion told him to stop and he asked why. "Because that's one way they call prostitutes over."
My dad never did that the rest of the time. I dunno if his companion was just joking or not, but pretty funny.
