Don't sell him short his brisket is fantastic. It really is. I also think his turkey is very very good. However the claim that it's THE best is definitely silly. Bam Bams ribs are some of the worst I've had from a BBQ joint (I've given them 3 different times to redeem themselves) and his sausage is just bizzare tasting IMO.

Needs to up his rib game big time IMO. The best ribs in the state are up at the Huntsville BBQ Co.
