I graduated from Mizzou in 2007 (with an MPA; my BA is from BYU) when MU was still in the BigXII. And so was Colorado. CU was ~750 miles away from CoMo, and it Reall wasn't that big of a deal. Provo is about 1,200 miles away; but last time I checked BYU and every other college team flies to their games, unless they're with like 200 miles from each other. Even if BYU has to play WVU in Morgantown or Vice/Versa it's a difference of maybe 2 hours on a flight from the western-most current BigXII team.

I guess I'm confused about what the big deal is about distance from campus to campus.
