I don't buy Sunday-play as an issue, unless you are talking conference

championships. It's just as easy to schedule a Thursday-Saturday matchup (as in basketball) as it is a Friday-Sunday matchup).

The point where it could become problematic is with the conference championships for the non-revenue sports. A lot of those are played on Sundays.
