No actual evidence that he actually participated in deflating the ball. The
detailed investigation only came up with "more probable than not." Not exactly a smoking gun.

And I posted this earlier--while Brady is obligated to cooperate with the investigation, that doesn't mean the NFL has the right to ask for whatever they want. I don't agree that that means he has to give up personal private property anytime the commissioner asks.

But even so, if the punishment is simply for not cooperating, to me that's more like a $10,000 fine, not missing 25% of the season. Goodell has too much power, and needs to be slapped down.
