generally uncooperative with the investigation. All of those things will make his case in court weak, IMO, if he decides to go that route. Four games was probably lenient, in that context.

I would actually love to see this go to court. I think Brady would come out looking even worse than he does now, and probably much worse. That guy needs a good humbling, so I say do it!
